摘    要:棒材轧机所使用的精轧轧辊要求材质必须具备较高的耐磨性、较高的硬度及适当的韧性。由于合金贝氏体铸铁具有优良的综合使用性能,把它开发为轧辊的工作层具有巨大的使用价值。采用离心铸造技术,先自然冷却后在贝氏体温度区域内保温,待转变完成后再回火以获得针贝组织的轧辊。

Abstract:It is well known that the bar materials that are used to roller should have excellent wear resistance,hardness and toughness.Since the bainitic alloy iron has a good combination property,it has a huge value as a working layer of roller.The roller with a acicular bainitic microstructure is successfully developed by the following steps.The alloy iron is cooled in air after centrifugal casting,followed by holding in the range of bainite temperature,then tempered after the phase transformation finishes.
