| 摘 要： | 以“小城镇、大战略”的发展战略为指针,从以人为本建设小城镇的基本设想、积极推进艺术设计、建设精品小城镇等方面进行了论述,运用“顺应自然、尊重历史、发展特色、整体设计、长期完善”的艺术设计理念,对城市的规划与建设问题进行了全面的阐述,指出小城镇规划与建设既要有时代气息,又要有传统风格。

| Abstract: | Based on the developmental stratagem of "small city and town" the planning and construction of small city and town are discussed from some aspects such as taking the human being as the basis, carry forward the art design and construct quintessence small city and town. Through the application of art design thought "comply with nature, respect history, develop characteristic, integral design, long term perfecting " the problem of city planning and construction is comprehensively elaborated. Author point out that the planning and construction of small city and town should have time breath and traditional style. |
