四缸摆动活塞式压缩机传动机构设计

摘    要:为提高摆动活塞式压缩机的流量,满足提高物料输送效率的要求,对单缸压缩机的传动机构进行了参数计算和运动特性分析,提出一种新型四缸组合传动机构设计方案,实现四缸同时驱动。试验结果证明,参数计算正确,结构紧凑、合理,方案可行。

Abstract:A new transmission which driving four cylinder compressor with pen dular piston project is advanced for the demand of increasing flux in powdery materiel transportation. Its movement characteristic is analysed and parameter is calculated. The feasibility of the transmission is testified by a series of essen ial tests. The results show that the calculated parameters are correct,the strc ture arrangement is compact and the movement is steady.
