摘    要:目的为了研究高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固法的加固性能及其影响因素.方法对6根高性能复合砂浆钢筋网加固的约束RC梁和3根对比梁进行抗剪性能的试验.结果试验结果表明,该加固方法能有效提高约束RC梁的抗剪承载力和抗剪刚度,其中抗剪极限承载力提高幅度最小为20.85%,最大为71.04%.同时加固措施对裂缝的发展有良好的约束作用.结论高性能复合砂浆钢筋网用于抗剪加固,可以较大幅度提高构件的抗剪极限承载力,并且剪跨比越大,构件的承载力提高幅度也越大;加固对梁的刚度有一定程度提高,加固后期这一效果体现得更加明显;给出了受剪承载力计算方法,利用该方法所得计算值与试验结果吻合较好,且能满足工程设计.

Abstract:In order to investigate the performance and influence factors of rehabilitation of RC members with ferrocement mortar and reinforce steel bar mesh, experiments are conducted to investigate the shear behavior of 6 strengthened RC restrained beams and 3 comparative RC restrained beams under different types of load- ings. The test results show that the shear load-carrying capacity and the shear stiffness of strengthened beams are increased. And the increased margin of ultimate shear load-carrying capacity is between 20. 85% and 71.04%. And the propagation of diagonal cracks is reduced by the rehabilitation. The ultimate shear loadcarrying capacity of rehabilitation of RC members with ferrocement mortar and reinforcing steel bar mesh is substantially increased, and the greater the shear span ratio is, the more shear load-carrying capacity in- creased. The reinforcement of the beam can enhance the stiffness to some extent, but it seems more obvious during the latter part of reinforcement. The calculated values obtained with the method given in this paper match well with the test results, and also can satisfy the engineering design.
