| 摘 要： | 在向量自回归模型的基础上,实证研究我国财政支农支出和产业发展对农民收入的动态影响.格兰杰因果关系检验表明:我国农业的发展和非农产业的发展都是农民收入增长的原因;农民收入增长是财政支农支出增长的原因;反向结论不成立.协整关系检验证明:这4个变量之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,其中,农民收入与非农产业发展正相关,与农业发展和财政支农支出负相关.向量误差修正模型说明:短期内,农民收入具有惯性增长的趋势,其他变量的波动对其影响不显著,而且校正非均衡的能力很弱.

| Abstract: | Based on the vector auto-regression model,the dynamic impact of fiscal expenditure for agriculture and industrial development on the peasant income was analyzed.Granger causality tests implied that both agricultural development and non-agricultural industrial development are reasons for peasant income growth in China.Peasant income growth causes the increase of fiscal expenditure for agriculture.However,the reverse conclusion does not existence.Co-integration test certified that three variables have long-te... |
