| Abstract: | It introduces risk factors which affect real estate item,brings forward protecting strategies of real estate item from feasible research,item execution,operation and managing service stages.It also points out analysis and forcast should be made according to concrete risks,and risks should be evaluated by scentific methods,so as to protect and control the risks in the largest extent. |
