| 摘 要： | 数字化是有线电视发展的必然趋势,我国有线数字电视自2003年推广以来,历经数年努力,虽有所进展,局势却依旧不容乐观。有线数字电视发展困境仍然重重不堪负累：政策不明确、技术标准不统一、经营管理体制不健全、资金压力巨大等等,都给我国有线数字电视的发展蒙上了阴影。对有线数字电视发展困境进行全面审视,并着重对资金问题进行分析和讨论。

| Abstract: | Digitization is an inevitable trend of Chinese digital cable TV.Our country digital cable TV has been promoting since 2003,which experiences several years test,although progress,the situation is not opti- mistic.Digital cable TV still has many difficulties that policy is not clear,the technical standards are not uni- form,management system is not sound,tremendous financial pressure,etc.All make our country digital cable TV development in shadow.This paper will examine the difficulties of digital cable television,focusing on the financial problem. |
