摘    要:脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)是以可再生天然植物油脂为原料,绿色环保、安全性高、性价比优的新一代表面活性剂,具有完全的生物降解性、低剌激性、优良的洗涤去污和易漂洗节水等特点。深入认识MES的特性,采用与其他表面活性剂复配的方法,可以解决其低温水溶性差的问题。文章介绍了MES的开发现状及其主要原料、工艺技术、产品性能、质量分析和应用。

Abstract:Methyl ester sulfonate (MES) which is based on natural and renewable oil / fat is a newand green surfactant regard as high security and optimal cost-efficiency.It has good properties such as total biodegradation,low irritation,excellent detergency and easy to rinse.Further understanding the properties of MES and blending with other surfactants can help resolve the issue of poor water solubility in low temperature.The development status ofMES main rawmaterials,process technology,product performance,quality analysis and application were introduced in this paper.
