摘    要:在分析节水型生态城市内涵的基础上提出节水型生态城市健康评价指标体系,并通过空间差异系数计算和指标相关分析对该指标体系进行了优化.随后应用集对分析理论和指标值属性测度,引入同异反联系度计算式,并结合熵值赋权法,建立了节水型生态城市的健康评价模型.该模型可用于分析、评价城市及其子系统的健康状况,进而分析影响其健康的原因和限制因素,最后以南京市为例,对其2006年的健康状况进行了评价.计算结果表明,当年城市总体发展较好,处于一般健康状态,其主要限制因素是水资源经济指标和投入规划指标.与2003-2005年的城市健康状况进行比较,优劣顺序为2006、2005、2004、2003年.

Abstract:The connotation of the water-saving ecological city was elucidated, based on which, the health evaluation index system for water-saving ecological cities was also supplied and optimized through space difference coefficient and index correlation analysis. Identical discrepancy contrary formula of the system was introduced based on the set pair analysis theory and attribute measure of the evaluation index value. Combining the entropy weighting method, multivariate connection number evaluation model for water-saving ecological cities was established to analyze and evaluate the health condition of cities and its subsystem. The cause and the limiting factors were also analyzed. The model was applied to Nanjing city to evaluate its health condition in 2006, the results showed that the water-saving ecological condition of Nanjing at that year performed well in overall healthy condition, the main limiting factors were deduced to be the economic index of water resource and the scientific programming and management. The health condition between 2003 and 2005 were compared, it was found that the health condition is in the order of 2006,2005, 2004 and 2003. It is proved that this model can supply decision basis to the healthy development of a city.
