公平视野中的分层次教学及其实现路径

摘    要:分层次教学是根据不同层次受教育者的差异,进行有差异的针对性教学,使不同层次的受教育者都获得人尽其才的发展。这一从实际出发的科学教学方略,真正地体现了教育的公平。为了有效保证分层次教学中教育公平的充分实现,必须深入了解和研究受教育者的实际情况,科学地划分层次,科学地配置教育资源,在保证各层次基本稳定的前提下实行动态管理,同时把对各层次学生的思想教育与能力培养紧密结合起来。

Hierarchical Teaching and its Realization Way from the Perspective of Equity

Abstract:Hierarchical teaching is a kind of targeted teaching which is in the light of the diversity of different level educatees, and it aims to make educatees of all levels gain the best possible development. This scientific teaching strategy which proceeding from the reality truly reflects the fair of education. In order to ensure the full realization of education equity in hierarchical teaching, it's essential to understand and study the actual situation of educatees in depth, divide the levels and allocate the education resources scientifically, implement the dynamic management under the precondition of making sure the basic stability of all levels and integrate the Ideological education and capacity cuntivation of different level students tightly.
