教育投入之“二维”界说

摘    要:文章试从"二维"属性对教育投入进行识读。从要素上,教育投入是"物力"与"人力"的总和;从形态上,教育投入可分为"硬投入"和"软投入";从影响因素上,教育投入是显性与隐性因素共同作用的结果。教育投入的"二维"属性表明它是物质性投入和精神性投入的统一体,两者并不是孤立地在教育活动中发挥作用,只有将它们很好地融合起来,才能真正促进教育事业的发展。这种诠释,在当今全球教育财政普遍紧缩的背景下,对解决我国教育实践中诸多问题具有重要意义。

Abstract:The paper attempts to understand educational input from the two-dimension attributes.Educational input is composed by material resources and human resources;it can be divided into hard input and soft input in the shape;and it is the result both of conspicuous factors and recessive ones.The two-dimension attributes of educational input indicate that it is the unity of material input and spiritual input,and the roles of both are not separate in educational activities.Only when they get well together could they really promote the development of education.This kind of understanding has great significance in solving many problems in educational practice for our nation under the background of the current global education financial retrenchment.
