环式冷却机卸料曲轨仿真分析

摘    要:在介绍环式冷却机工作原理的基础上,分析了传统的卸料曲轨曲线设计,并联合UG及ADAMS软件对环式冷却机进行了虚拟仿真,从而证明了曲轨设计的可行性,也为曲轨优化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The traditional design of the orbit unloaded skip was analyzed after the introduction of circular cooling mechanism's principle of work in this paper, and the virtual simulation was done use UG and ADAMS, thus the feasibility of the unloaded skip design was revealed, and the theoretic foundation was offered for optimizing it.
