摘    要:黄河水质监测实验室自动化改造建设采取引进、吸收、消化、提高和自行开发相结合的技术路线 ,遵循统一规划、分布实施的原则 ,以实现系统总体技术水平的提高为目标。改造建设完成后 ,实验室的管理系统、数据处理系统和大型仪器设备的操作监控系统将实现自动化 ,实现三者的有机协调 ,实验室的人、财、物做到最优组合 ,避免运行过程中不必要的浪费 ,提高水质信息的时效性 ,增强水质监测的可靠性和科学性。

Abstract:The technical route of import, absorption, improvement, and self development is adopted, the principle of unified planning and step by step implementation is observed, and the overall improvement of technology is taken as an objective for the realization of automation reformation in laboratories. After reformation, the management systems, data processing systems, and large equipment operation and monitoring systems will be automated and organically coordinated, and the optimal combination of manpower, financial resources, and properties will be realized, avoiding unnecessary losses in operation, improving the time effectiveness of water quality information, and increasing the reliability and reasonability of water quality monitoring.
