采煤机概念设计生态学模型构建与实现

摘    要:为提高采煤机概念设计和综采工作面三机协同设计的效率和质量,面向采煤机概念设计中内部结构之间以及综采三机之间协同配合过程,将生态学理论引入到采煤机概念设计中,构建基于生态学的采煤机概念设计模型。在对比综采工作面与生态学相似性的基础上,提出综采工作面生态学模型和采煤机个体生物学模型。研究了采煤机与刮板输送机和液压支架多种群之间的参数耦合关系以及采煤机内部部件之间的协同配合关系,通过同质种群的竞争与异质种群的协同合作筛选出优势功能结构基因解,并根据三机的参数耦合关系运用公式计算与模型推理相结合的方法,实现了采煤机功能结构的设计和总体技术参数的求解。在上述理论研究基础上,基于web平台开发出具有友好交互界面的采煤机多种群协同概念设计系统,实现了该方法的应用。最后以大采高工作面采煤机的协同设计实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Construction and implementation of ecological model for conceptual design of shearer
Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the conceptual design of shearer and the cooperative design of three machines in fully mechanized mining,cater to the matching process of the internal structure in the shearer and three machines in a fully mechanized mining face,the concept of ecology was introduced into the conceptual design of shearer,and a conceptual design model of shearer based on ecology was constructed.On the basis of the comparison of fully mechanized coal face and ecological similarity,the ecological model of fully mechanized coal face and the individual biological model of shearer were proposed.The parameter coupling relationship between multi-species of shearer and scraper conveyor and hydraulic support was studied,and the coordination relationship among the parts of shearer was also studied.The functional components and the overall parameters of shearer were solved separately.Dominant functional genes selected through the competition of homogeneous populations and the cooperation of heterogeneous populations.According to the coupling relation of three machines,the parameter genes were solved by combining formula calculation and model reasoning.On the basis of above theoretical research,a multi group cooperative conceptual design system of coal mining machine had been developed based on Web platform with friendly interactive interface,and the application of this method has been realized.Finally,the effectiveness of the method was verified by the example of a large mining face Shearer.
