摘    要:对于应用电荷感应法测量低浓度粉尘不够精确的问题,依据文丘里效应,提出减小现有测量管道的中间部分管径,使之依次形成收缩段、喉道段、扩散段3部分,来提高粉尘颗粒的运动速度,进而增大静电传感器的感应电荷量。利用Fluent软件对改进的测量管道进行气固两相流仿真,获得管道内粉尘颗粒速度分布云图及喉道段内速度值。对应环形静电传感器的数学模型,分别计算了不同管径比下的感应电荷量。结果表明:改进管道的管径比为0.69时,静电传感器上的感应电荷量最大。通过测量装置的优化,可将测量精度提高3%,有效提高了低浓度粉尘的测量精度。

Structural optimization of the dust concentration measuring device based on charge induction
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of applying charge induction method of measuring low dust concentration is not accurate,this paper proposes to reduce the middle parts of current measuring pipes’ diameter,and form the contraction segment,throat segment,diffusion segment three parts,to improve the movement speed of dust particles by venturi effect,and then increase the inductive charge of electrostatic sensors.The experiments simulate the gas-solid two phase flow in the improved measurement pipeline by Fluent software,obtaining the velocity distribution of dust particles and the speed value in the throat segment.According to the mathematical model of loop static sensor,the inductance of different pipe diameter ratios is calculated.The results show that the inductive charge on the static sensor reaches the largest,when the improved pipe diameter ratio is 0.69.Through the optimization of measuring device,the accuracy of measurement can be increased by 3%,the measurement accuracy of low concentration dust is improved effectively.
