摘    要:CT检测在人体肺部疾病的诊疗中起着重要作用,快速完整地分割出肺实质区域已成为定性、定量诊断肺部疾病的重要手段。文章在分析研究大量胸部CT图像的基础上,提出一种新的肺实质分割方法:将Mean-Shift算法结合Snake模型分割出肺实质区域。实验证明,文章所提方法精确度高、分割效果完整,满足临床诊疗的要求。

Abstract:CT scan is playing the important role in the human lung disease’s diagnosis and fast and complete segmentation of lung parenchyma region has become an important means for qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of lung diseases.Based on the analysis of lots of chest CT images,a new lung parenchyma segmentation method is proposed,which combines Mean-Shift algorithm with Snake model to segment lung parenchyma areas.Experiments show that the proposed method has a high precision and a complete effect of segmentation,so that it can meet the clinical requirements.
