聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜化学接枝改性研究

摘    要:通过化学接枝反应在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜表面接枝了2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸并讨论了反应体系、单体浓度反应温度和时间等因素对接枝率的影响.试验表明,接枝AMPS可有效提高PVDF中空纤维膜的耐污染性,并且改性后中空纤维膜的通量随溶液离子强度的增加而增加.

Abstract:Poly(vinylidene fluoride) hollow-fiber membranes were modified by a chemically grafting of polar monomers onto the membrane surface,and the effect of several reaction conditions on the degree of grafting was investigated and discussed in detail.The results show that the antifouling property of modified membrane was improved by grafting AMPS;Solution fluxes of the modified membrane increased with the increase in the solution ionic strength.
