粘胶基防火阻燃面料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:粘胶斜纹织物浸渍氯化铵溶液,再经高温预氧化制得粘胶基阻燃织物。采用二次通用旋转组合设计实验方案,测试了阻燃织物的力学性能和阻燃性能,研究了预氧化过程中不同温度、张力及预氧化时间对粘胶基阻燃织物的力学性能与阻燃性能的影响。

Abstract:The rayon-based flame-retardant fabric was prepared from rayon fiber fabric which was impregnated with NH4Cl solution and pre-oxidated under high temperature.The test scheme was designed by means of quadratic general rotary unitized design.The mechanical properties and fire-retardant properties of the fabric were tested.The effects of the pre-oxidated temperature,imposed tension and pre-oxidated time on the mechanical properties and fire-retardant properties of the fabric were studied.
