倒棱机工进系统的伦茨伺服控制

摘    要:针对螺旋焊管倒棱时出现的质量不稳定、生产效率低、坡口钝边角度不够等问题,设计了伺服驱动控制加滚珠丝杠传动技术.它主要包括伺服电机、伺服控制器、减速机和滚珠丝杠装置等.通过对倒棱机工进系统的机械结构和电气控制的设计,结合伺服控制器输出扭矩大、运行速度准确稳定、能够快速定位等特点,有效克服了工进系统的误差,从而保证了工进的稳定性,提高了坡口切割的质量和效率.同时着重介绍了伦茨控制器现场调试和使用的要点.

Abstract:Aiming at some problems accurred during SAWH pipe chamfering,such as unstable quality,low production efficiency,insufficient bevel angle of root race and so on,the servo drive control system and ball screw transmission technology were designed.It mainly includes the servo motor,servo controller,speed reducer,ball screw unit etc.Through the design of mechanical structure and electric control system of chamfering machine working feed system,combined with the characteristic of high output torque,operation speed accurate and stable,quick positioning etc,it can effectively overcome the errors in the working feed system,guarantee the stability of working feed,and improve the quality and efficiency of bevel cutting.Meanwhile,it introduced the essentials of debugging and application of lenze servo control at site.
