| 摘 要： | 综述了TiO2-SiO2纳米复合材料的一些常用制备方法:溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液法、核-壳型层层包覆法、模板剂法以及吸附相纳米反应器法等.介绍了复合材料的表征方法:X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面积法(BET)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Ra-man)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重/差热分析(TGA/DTA)等.着重介绍了这些复合材料在造纸中的应用,TiO2-SiO2复合材料可以用作造纸废水处理的光催化剂;作为助留助滤剂可提高纸页的匀度和纸机的效率;加入到纸张涂料中可延缓纸张老化.

| Abstract: | The preparation methods of TiO_2-SiO_2 complex nanomaterials such as Sol-Gel method, core-shell structured method, complex templates method and adsorption phase nanoreactor were reviewed. The characterization and the application of the complex nanomaterials in papermaking were also discussed. The complex nanomaterials could be used as retention and drainage aids and improve the uniformity of the paper sheet and the efficiency of the paper machine. And they also could be used in coating to reduce the aging rate of the paper. |
