摘    要:介绍了烟气分析动态炼钢系统的组成以及模型的工作原理。在应用过程中,根据国内转炉生产的现状,进一步完善了控制系统和模型,并通过对模型的改进和优化,提高了转炉终点碳温命中率,降低了造渣料消耗,减少了吹炼过程的喷溅,缩短了转炉冶炼周期,获得了较好的冶金效果。

Abstract:High temperature air combustion technology, as a new combustion technology, has many advantages such as significant energy saving and pollutants reduction. In this paper, the working principle and features are introduced, the development at home and abroad is briefly narrated and its application status and prospect in various fields are summarized. It must be developed and applied actively in China, so as to abate double pressures of energy saving and environmental protection.
