| 摘 要： | 重视党支部书记队伍建设,是高校基层党组织建设的关键。针对兼职党支部书记队伍目前存在的问题,提出了从思想上、组织上、制度上和能力上加强兼职党支部书记队伍建设的措施。落实这些措施,将为促进高等教育事业全面、协调、可持续发展提供坚强的保证。

| Abstract: | The key to the construction of colleges' basic level Party organizations is to put stress on the construction of a contingent of Party branch secretaries.The reason why lots of measures for strengthening the construction of a contingent of part-time Party branch secretaries ideologically,organizationally,in regulations and abilities is that there exist lots of problems for the ranks of part-time Party branch secretaries.To put these measures into practice will provide a strong guarantee for colleges' education to accelerate overall,harmonious and continual development for college educational cause. |
