高碱性脉石低品位氧化锌矿低浓度氨浸动力学研究

摘    要:对高碱性脉石低品位氧化锌矿氨浸动力学进行了研究。结果表明,氧化锌矿氨浸遵循"未反应核缩减"模型,动力学方程遵从1-2a/3-(1-a)2/3=kt,其表观活化能25.84kJ/mol,浸出过程属于固体膜层扩散控制。提高浸出液的浓度、温度,均可加速锌的浸出速度,提高浸出率。

Abstract:Based on low grade zinc oxide ore,the kinetics of low concentration ammonia leaching is studied.The results shows that the ammonia leaching of zinc oxide follows an unreacted shrinking core model,which conforms to the kinetic equation: 1-2a/3-(1-a)2/3=kt,the apparent activation energy of the leaching reaction is 25.84kJ/mol,and the leaching process is controlled by diffusion procedures.Thus the leaching rate and recovery can be improved by increasing the concentration and temperature of lixiviant.
