摘 要: | 为得到一种性能较好的检测空气质量的过滤膜,采用复合的方式将聚醚砜铸膜液涂覆在熔喷非织造布上成膜。研究了聚醚砜树脂(PES)质量分数、添加剂二氧化钛、成膜条件和凝固浴温度等对膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明,在致孔剂PVP 固定为10%时,随着PES质量分数由6%增加到20%,复合膜的透气量由19.65 L/(m2?s)下降到12.04 L/(m2?s),过滤效率由67.06% 提高到92.38%,断裂强力先增大后减小;随着添加剂二氧化钛浓度增加,PES 复合膜的透气量先增加后降低,过滤效率由82.73% 提高到87.10%,断裂强力增大;随着凝固浴温度升高,透气量由13.62 L/(m2?s)上升到34.22L/(m2?s),过滤效率由90.62% 降低到83.47%,断裂强力显著上升;随着PES 复合膜厚度增加,透气量由34.5L/(m2?s)下降到28.5L/(m2?s),过滤效率提升,断裂强力增大。

Air filtration performance of polyether sulfonenonwoven composite membranes |

Abstract: | In order to obtain membranes with better performance for air quality detection, a polyether sulfone (PES) membrane was coated on the fusible nonwoven fabric by combining. The influence ofPES mass fraction, additive TiO2,condition bath temperature, and film thickness on the structure and properties of the membranes was investigated. Withth mass fraction ofPVP fixed at 10% andPES increasedfrom 6% to 20%, the permeability of the composite membranes reduced from 119.65 L/(m2?s) to 12.04 L/(m2?s), the filtration efficiency increased from 67.06% to 92.38%, and thebreaking strengthincreases first and then decreases. With the increase of the dosage ofTiO2 as additive, the permeability of the composite membranes increases first and then decreases, filtration efficiency rises from 82.73% to 87.10% and the breaking strength increases. As the coagulation bath temperature increased, the permeability of the composite membrane changed from 13.61 L/(m2?s) to 34.22 L/(m2?s) ,filtration efficiency changed from 90.62% to 83.47% and the breaking strength increases significantly. With the composite membrane thickess increases, the permeability changes from 34.5 L/(m2?s) to 28.5 L/(m2?s), thefiltration efficiency increases and the composite membrane improves. |
