非接触式测量获取背部图形的拟合及其验证

摘    要:为确定非接触式人体测量获取图形的准确性,采用170/88 A 号型青年男性的背部曲线为研究对象,对获取的图形进行函数拟合和准确性验证。参考服用尺寸手工测量方法绘制其圆顺曲线,再通过多项式函数对曲线进行拟合,其中三次多项式函数的拟合优度达到0.995 62,考虑到表达式的简洁性,将其确定为标准参考曲线。经相关性验证后确定人体背部曲线与背长、胸厚具有相关性;将拟合函数转化为参数函数,利用三者之间的函数关系,按照比例进行缩放,从而通过背长和胸厚推算出背部曲线长度,再与拟合曲线的长度进行对比。实验结果表明,采用该方法拟合的背部曲线长度误差小于1 cm,远低于服装号型中人体背长的档差,能够满足服用人体测量的需求。

Fitting and verifyingof males’s back graphics measured by non-contact scanner
Abstract:In order to verify the accuracy of the graphicsmeasured by a non-contact scanner, the badk-curves of adult males in thegroup of 170/88A were studied,then the function fitting and the accuracy verification was performed based on the manual measurement, the circumscribed circle along its curve was drawn. The back-curve were fitted by a polynomial function, andthe R-squared of cubic polynomial function is 0.995 62.Considering the concision, the cubic polynomial function is determined to be the standard reference curve. The correlation verification shows thatthe back-curve length, back length and chest depth arerelated, the fitting function is converted into a parameter function, andbased on the functional relationship among them, zoomedwasperformed according to the proportional relationship,and furtherthe back-curve length was calculated from the back length and chest depth of a sample in the same group, and compared with the length of the fitted curve.This experiment results show that the error of the back-curve function fitted is smaller than 1 cm,which is far smaller than the class difference for clothes, and the accuracy is enough to satisfy the requirement to the non-contact human body measurement for clothes.
