摘    要:阐述低温等离子体的组成、产生及其在材料表面方面的应用。分析了等离子体技术在粉体团聚问题上应用的前景,利用等离子体技术改善提高粉体材料(尤其是纳米材料)的分散性、力学性能、缓释性能等多项性能。

Abstract:Through expounded technology and application of low temperature plasma, knowing constituent of plasma and how to produce plasma and how to modify surface of material with it. To depict trait of fine powder makes us know main trait of fine powder and the problem about reunite of fine powder in application. Analyzing the foreground of low temperature plasma technology with which reunite of fine powder can be solved. It can improve dispersion, mechanics, slow release of fine powder (especially nanoparticle) .
