The planning,design and build process of the Culture Centre have shown an integrated approach to the use of a permanent pavilion in the Expo.The implementation of the project under an extremely tight schedule has achieved many breakthroughs in building techniques.The design has also taken into account of the commercial,management and other perspectives to capitalize on its strategic importance as a permanent project for cultural promotion and exchange.
