行为因素对办公建筑空调能耗的影响分析

摘    要:以上海地区某一办公建筑为例,利用DeST-c能耗模拟软件对典型办公建筑空调能耗进行模拟分析,分别模拟了空调室温、夜间通风换气、自然通风、新风量等人的行为可以改变的因素对办公建筑能耗的影响。研究表明:通过人的行为干预,可以显著提高建筑节能效果,但最大节能量不是无限的,对于开展广泛的行为节能具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:In this paper,energy software DeST-c is used to analysis and simulate the energy consumption on a typical office building in Shanghai,simulates room air-conditioning temperature,night ventilation,natural ventilation,fresh air volume and other human behavior factors on the office building energy consumption.The results show that:human behavior can improve energy efficiency obviously,but not unlimited,and it provides guiding role to process widely behavior energy conservation.
