地理空间数据框架是城市信息化建设的重要组成部分。本文从数字漳州建设实际出发,综合应用多种先进技术,论述了满足城市建设管理和社会公众需求的漳州地理空间数据框架设计及总体建设目标,探讨了基础地理信息数据库的建设模式与内容和基础地理信息平台的功能设计与实现,并在建立数据动态更新、集成管理、共享交换机制基础上,开展地理空间数据服务与示范应用研究。

Geographic Spatial Data Construction and Application in Zhangzhou

Geographic spatial data framework constitutes an important part of city informatization construction.From the actual conditions of digital Zhangzhou construction,the paper comprehensively applied many advanced technologies,expatiated on the geographic spatial data framework design and overall construction goal to meet the requirements of city construction management and public demand in Zhangzhou,explored the construction mode and content of fundamental geographic information database and the function design and realization of fundamental geographic information platform,carried out the research of geographic spatial data service and demonstration application based on data dynamitic update,integrated management and sharing exchange mechanism.
