摘    要:本文提出了一种适用于励磁同步电动机负载的谐振软开关变换器及其参数设计方法。结合谐振原理,在变换器拓扑中引入耦合电感与谐振电路,并利用Matlab程序绘制三维图,综合考虑开关管最大电压应力、最大电流应力、电感耦合系数及占空比之间的关系,计算并优化出合理的变换器参数。使变换器具有低脉动、低损耗、小体积、高功率密度的特性,同时可抑制负载中寄生参数的影响,提高变换器工作的稳定性。基于750 W的实验样机,给出了具体的参数设计过程,并对参数设计结果进行实验验证。

Abstract:In this paper,a resonant soft-switching converter suitable for the load on an excitation synchronous motor is proposed,together with its parameter design method. In combination with the resonance principle,a coupled inductor and a resonant circuit are introduced to the converter topology,and a three-dimensional map is drawn using software Matlab. Considering the relationship among the maximum voltage stress,maximum current stress,inductive coupling coefficient,and the duty cycle of the switching tube,the reasonable converter parameters are calculated and optimized.As a result,the characteristics of the converter such as low pulsation,low loss,small volume and high power density are realized,and the influences of parasitic parameters of load are also suppressed,thus improving the converter’s operation stability. Based on a 750 W experimental prototype,the specific parameter design process was given,and the results of parameter design were verified experimentally.
