摘    要:脉冲阀是袋式除尘器清灰装置的主要部件,而其阀片又是控制阀开闭的唯一运动部件,其性能很大程度上影响脉冲阀的清灰效果和使用寿命。笔者主要运用ANSYS软件对一种现有的阀片进行力学分析,并对其结构进行优化以减少其局部应力并增加其使用时间,最后提出研究方向。

Abstract:The diaphragm valve is one major part of the baghouse filter,further more,the valve film is the only mobile part which controls the opening and the close of the valve.Thus,its performance effects the cleaning capability and the life of the diphragm valve greatly.Mechanics analysis of the existing valve film by ANSYS is researched,putting forward the optimization of the configuration of the valve film in order to reduce the partial stress and increase its life.The ways of further research are pointed out fin...
