Y型通风采空区瓦斯流场数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了找出Y型通风工作面采空区中瓦斯流场的分布规律,为采空区瓦斯治理提供理论依据,应用流体力学模拟软件Fluent对两进一回Y型通风工作面采空区流场、瓦斯浓度场的分布进行了模拟研究,得到采空区瓦斯流动及浓度分布规律为:沿走向向采空区深部瓦斯浓度逐渐增大,沿倾向从下向上瓦斯浓度逐渐增大,沿空留巷的末端是能位的最低点,漏风向沿空留巷末端方向流动,可以解决上隅角瓦斯积聚问题。

Abstract:In order to find out regularity of gas flow field distribution in goaf with Y-type ventilation system and provide theoretical basis for gas control in goaf,gas flow field and gas concentration distribution field in goaf of fully mechanized loangwall with top coal caving with Y-type ventilation system of one air inlet and two air outlets were simulated by CFD software Fluent.The regularity of gas flow and gas concentration distribution field in the goaf was obtained.gas concentration gradually increases along the strike from exploitation front to the deep in goaf,along the slope gas concentration increases from downside to upside.The lowest air dynamic potential point is at the end of roadway retained in the goaf and air leakage flows to the end of roadway retained in the goaf,the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner can be solved.
