基于IEC 61850的变电设备状态接入控制器

摘    要:变电设备状态接入控制器是变电站在线监测系统的关键装置,文章从系统总体设计、关键技术方面研究了其实现方法,给出了基于IEC 61850标准的整体设计方案。对装置的硬件要求、通信环境,工作流程进行了介绍,设计了装置与综合监测单元之间基于IEC 61850通信标准的通信服务模型和功能,研究了与状态接入网关进行交互的逻辑和通信过程、装置的实时和历史数据处理技术和配置管理、Web远程访问功能,最后给出了其实现方法。该装置成功应用在智能变电站中,为实现智能电网的信息化、自动化和互动化奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:The condition acquisition controller of transformation equipments is an important device for the on-line substation monitoring system, this paper introduces a whole design solution for the controller based on the IEC 61850 standard, and studies its implementation methods of key technologies. Based on the analysis of hardware requirements, communication environments and the operation process, this paper designs a communication service model and function for the controller and the CMU based the IEC 61850 communication standard, studies the interaction logic and communication process with the CAG, the real-time and historical data processing technology, and the web-based remote access function. At last, the implementation method of the controller is given. The successful application of the controller in smart substations lays a good foundation for informatization, automation and interaction of smart grid.
