行政软交换系统互连互通测试

为验证省、地市电力公司软交换系统与县级电力公司软交换平台的互连互通性，以及软交换平台接入第三方终端的可行性和软交换系统备份机制的可靠性，以浙江电力行政软交换构架为组网模型，搭建模拟平台进行充分测试。文章阐述了测试目的、内容、相关设备及测试组网结构，并且给出了相关测试结果，对结果进行了分析并提出改进意见。

Tests of The lnteroperability of Administration Soft Switch System

To verify the interoperability of soft switch platforms or systems between provincial electric power company and county electric power company, and to verify the feasibility of third-party terminals accessing to the soft switch platform as well as the reliability of soft switch system＇s backup mechanism, this paper applies the networking model used in the administration soft switch framework of Zhejiang electric power company, and builds a simulation platform. The aims, contents, devices and networking structure involved in the tests are described in detail, the corresponding test results are given and analyzed for further improvement.
