摘    要:煤干馏过程是煤制取酚类化合物的主要方式,煤的组成、性质及干馏温度是影响煤干馏产物的主要因素。通过分析煤化程度、煤岩组成、升温速率、反应终温、反应气氛和压力等对煤干馏过程中酚类化合物产生的影响,探讨出适合干馏生产酚类化合物的煤种和工艺条件。

Abstract:Coal carbonization is the main process which can produce phenolic compounds with added-value at atmospheric pressure. It is very significant to improve economic benefits of coal utilization. Some factors that impact the production of phenolic compounds, e.g. tar, coal rank, coal maceral, temperature, heating rate, coal particle size, residence time, atmosphere, and pressure were discussed in this paper. Proper coal rank and process conditions for increasing the production of phenolic compounds were suggested.
