流体扰动式油-水分离设备研究

摘    要:阐明了一种新结构重力除油装置,即在流体流动的方向上设置障碍,局部扰动流体的滞流状态,迫使流体内部质点产生位移碰撞,使含油废水中的微小颗粒油滴聚集成较大颗粒油滴,从而增加油滴的上浮速度,同时应用"浅池沉降"理论,将除油装置设计成多层扰动板结构,以减小含油废水在设备中的停留时间。对停留时间、扰动程度、温度对除油效率影响的试验结果进行了理论分析。经模拟试验,该除油装置对3种废水的除油效率约在91%~98%,除油效果好。
