| 摘 要： | 建立房地产开发项目管理计算机信息系统是房地产开发项目管理的一项十分重要的基础工作，该系统的使用能使“动态管理”成为可能。文章在分析系统功能的基础上，提出了该系统的设计思想，其成果可作为系统开发的依据。

| Abstract: | It is essential work to establish the Computer-aided Information System for the Property Development Project Management. The system described in this papaer makes it possible for "the dynamic management" to be adopted in practice. The basic design idea of the system put forth in this papaer is based on the analysis of the system functions. The achievements in the research can be used as the basis for the further development of the system. |
