| 摘 要： | 广州新电视塔钢结构外框筒是结构的主要受力部分,且结构形式特殊、体量大、高空焊接难、安装精度高、气候影响大.根据钢结构施工难点和场地条件限制,确定合理的安装技术路线.详细阐述机械选型、塔楼安装、测量技术、焊接技术和天线桅杆安装的施工工艺和关键技术.并通过施工阶段结构验算和变形控制,确保结构施工安全受控.结果表明钢结构施工总体技术路线安全可靠.
