正交试验对沸石合成条件的优化

摘    要:以粉煤灰为原料,通过单因素试验研究NaOH浓度、反应温度、液固比对沸石合成产物的影响,借助正交试验考察影响因素的主次顺序,寻求最优条件组合,沸石的品质以阳离子交换量(CEC值)定性衡量.单因素试验结果表明,沸石合成的较优条件为NaOH浓度2mol/L、反应温度150℃、液固比10mL/g.L16(45)型正交试验表明,各因素的主次顺序为NaOH浓度、反应温度、液固比,较优组合水平为A2B2C2,即NaOH浓度2mol/L、反应温度150℃、液固比10mL/g,此条件下合成沸石的CEC均值为144mmol/100g.

Abstract:Fly ash was used as raw material for zeolite synthesis,the effects of NaOH concentration,temperature and liquid/solid ratio on zeolite CEC values were analyzed,and the optimal condition was revealed by orthogonal experiment.The single factor experiment showed the acceptable conditions were attained at 150 ℃ with NaOH concentration of 2 mol/L and liquid/solid ratio of 10 mL/g.The achievement of L16(45) orthogonal experiment indicated the most important factor was NaOH concentration followed by temperature,the optimal experimental group was of NaOH concentration 2 mol/L and liquid/solid ratio 10 mL/g at 150 ℃ with attained CEC value of 144 mmol/100 g.
