| 摘 要： | 对汽车前后桥用内防尘罩整体成形后再作有废料剖分的加工工艺进行分析,提出新的加工工艺,对原剖切模进行了改进,改进后的模具结构紧凑,试模一次成功,制件无变形,毛刺小,实现了剖切模无废料一次剖分,具有良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The former processing technology of slitting with scraps after complete forming of the inner dust guards for the front and back bridges of automobiles is analyzed.New processing technology is proposed to improve the former slitting die.The improved die has compact structure and succeeded in the first test run.The parts manufactured have no distortion and little burrs.One slitting operation wih no scraps has been realized with the slitting die and favorable economic benefits have been gained. |
