筒形件充液反拉深及其数值模拟

摘    要:在分析普通拉深存在的缺陷基础上,提出新型充液反拉深模具结构,根据充液反拉深现有的模具结构,建立了有限元分析模型。利用有限元模拟和实验研究相结合的方法。得到了合适的工艺参数,论证了轴向推力对反拉成功的决定性作用。对1mm厚的08A1深拉钢板进行了轴推反拉深试验,获得了总拉深比为2.95的筒形件,其中轴推反拉深系数为0.533。

Abstract:On the basis of thorough analysis of the flaw of the mechanical deep drawing of cylindrical workpiece, a new reverse deep drawing die arrangement has been definitely pointed out.According to actual die arrangement system,the finite element analytic model of the reverse deep drawing with hydraulic counter pressure using peripheral pushing effect has been designed. Based on the numerical simulation and the experimental research, the influence of axial pressure on axial push reverse deep drawing process is emphasized and expounded.A success reverse deep drawing with hydraulic counter pressure of cylindrical workpiece with thickness 1mm, diameter 110mm and material 08AL, is achieved, and the drawing coefficient is 0.339, the reverse drawing coefficient is 0.533.
