摘    要:
通过数值模拟的方法研究不同曲率下流体在连续管螺旋管段流动的压降,并与经验计算公式的计算数据进行对比。结果表明,连续管螺旋管段由于存在二次流动现象,导致摩阻损失变大,大于直管段的摩阻损失;连续管水力摩阻损失随曲率和流速的增大而增大;随着流速的增大,曲率对摩擦压降损失的影响越明显。最后指出,利用连续管进行酸化压裂作业时,排量大,井底压力高,在这种情况下就需要选用大功率高压泵,如果选用的泵功率不够,会影响作业效果。

Numerical simulation of pressure drop of Newtonian fluid in coiled tubing
Abstract:
Using the numerical simulation method,the pressure drop of the fluid flowing in the coiled tubing spiral section in different curvatures was studied and it was compared with the computational data derived from the empirical calculation formula.The results show that,due to the existence of the secondary flows in the section,there appears more friction loss which is larger than that of the straight section.The coiled tubing hydraulic loss increases with the curvature and flow rate.With the increase of flow rate,the curvature has more obvious effect on friction pressure loss.Finally,it is pointed out that the discharge capacity is large and the bottom hole pressure is high in utilization of the coiled tubing to perform the acidizing fracture operation.In this condition,it is necessary to choose the high-power high-pressure pump.If the power of the pump is not high enough,the effect of the operation will be influenced.
