基于无线胎压传感器的耗能研究

摘    要:本文首先介绍了胎压检测系统的架构和无线胎压传感器的硬件组成。然后,给出了详细的无线胎压传感器耗能构成,包括压力检测模块、温度检测模块、电压检测模块、信号调理模块、射频发射模块、低频接口、模块静态耗电、电池自放电及脉冲放电。最后,以某著名汽车主机厂采用的基于该耗能构成的无线胎压传感器为例,进行了计算和测试。结果表明无线胎压传感器的耗能绝大部分来自压力检测模块耗电、模块静态耗电及电池自放电,提出的无线胎压传感器耗能构成及计算方法具有合理性,满足使用要求。
