摘    要:以小孔节流的新型动静压挤压油膜阻尼器(HSFD)为例,从实验上研究了HSFD对柔性转子系统振动的控制能力,并与传统挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)的减振特性进行了比较。结果表明了与SFD相比,HSFD能够明显地改善SFD的非线性特性,是一种具有良好减振特性的阻尼元件。

Abstract:The effectiveness of an advanced orifice compensated hybrid (combination hydrostatic and hydrodynamic)squeeze film damper (HSFD) for attenuating the vibration fo rotor system and improving the highlynonlinear behaviours of conventional squeeze film damper (SFD) is investigated experimentally with amodified Jeffcott rotor system,and compared with the results of the SFD rotor system. It is shown that theHSFD has better behaviours than the SFD. The HSFD can not only reduce significantly the highly nonlinearity of SFD's fluid film-force,avoid the bistable operations with very large vibration amplitudes occuredin the SFD rotor system,but also effectively attenuate rotor vibration,especially for the larger rotor unbalances and radial clearance ratios.
