| 摘 要： | 介绍了拖拉机前面罩零件生产工艺,利用零件的数学模型通过近似计算法,计算出了拉深工序拉深力和压边力大小,同时重点介绍了前面罩零件拉深模工艺分析及模具结构设计要点。该拉深模结构紧凑、制造简便、成本低、操作方便、生产效率高。 |

| Abstract: | The technique of production for the face shield of a tractor was presented.The values of drawing pressure and blank holder force were computed by using approximate calculation method based on the digital model of the component.Then the process of a drawing die for forming the face shield was analyzed and the design points of the die structure were stated. |
