冷藏酒柜双层玻璃门的隔热强化分析

摘    要:对冷藏酒柜双层玻璃隔热门的传热进行了数学建模,利用实验证明了这些数学模型具有较好的准确性。然后用这些数学模型对几种抑制传热的措施进行了计算和分析,研究表明玻璃镀膜以及对玻璃夹层气体导热进行限制可以获得较好的隔热效果,控制玻璃高度等措施对抑制对流传热也有一定的效果。

Abstract:The double - glazed door, which used in cold wine cabinet, is introduced. Then the mathematical model of the heat- transfer character is built.The mathematical model is testified by the tests.Then use the mathematical model, the heat - transfer influencing factors is accounted and anasyzed. It is shown that coating the glass and reducing the heat - transfer of the interbedded air have better heat - insulation effect, and controlling the height of door also have some heat - insulation effect.
