| 摘 要： | 在流程企业中建立有效的产品质量追溯方法,应深入分析企业在物料管理、生产过程控制等方面的特点,找出由此带来的实现质量追溯的难点,进而采取有针对性的解决措施.在此基础上,研究在流程企业中实现产品质量追溯应该关注的各产品质量信息的具体内容和信息的建模方法,利用信息技术开发产品质量追溯信息系统.系统的应用可以提高流程企业的产品质量管理水品.在轮胎橡胶企业密炼车间的成功应用,验证了这一方法的可行性.
