多工序交叉捻股钢丝绳结构特性与参数设计

摘    要:对多工序交叉捻股钢丝绳组股不同层钢丝直径是否相等和组股不同层钢丝在股中是否应具有相同捻角进行研究,分析认为,无论组股相邻层钢丝相差多少根,对多工序交叉捻股,当遵循不同层钢丝在股中具有相同捻角与钢丝无间隙时,不同层钢丝直径并不相等,而当相邻层钢丝相差6根时,不同层钢丝直径差异不大。为提高组股钢丝受力均匀性并保持钢丝间合理间隙,应按照从外到内捻角逐渐增大的方式设计不同层钢丝直径与捻距。

Abstract:To study whether the steel wire diameters at different layer strand are equal or not and whether the lay angles of steel wires in different layer strand are equal or not for the multiple operation cross stranding wire rope.It is considered by analysis that no matter how many steel wires difference are at adjacent layer in strands,the steel wire diameters in different layer are not equal for the multiple operation cross stranding when to abide by that steel wires in different layer strands have same lay angle and there are zero clearance between wires,the differences of steel wire diameters are less when steel wires differ six piece in adjacent layer.In order to raise the stress uniformity of steel wires in strands and to keep rational clearance between wires,the steel wire diameters and lay pitches should be designed according to the mode of lay angle gradually increasing from outer to inner.
