| 摘 要： | 建设工程项目招投标过程中存在诸多问题,有些地方及建设单位在招投标的指导思想和具体操作等方面都存在很多不尽如人意之处. 有必要加强对招投标的管理工作,使工程招投标管理工作日趋有序化、规范化和科学化,真正体现招投标的"公开、公平、公正"的原则.
