Abstract:In order to improve the service level and effectiveness of third-party logistics,characteristics and significance of customer relationship management(CRM) to a third-party logistics company are analyzed.Then,an architecture for a CRM system in a third-party logistics company is proposed.Based on this architecture,strategies for the implementation of a CRM system in a third-party logistics company are discussed.
